This scheduling form will allow you to request the events you would like to work for an entire month at a time. Just print or save the form, fill it out and email it back to booknes@ATT.net or fax it to 916-652-2102(you can turn it in at an event if you choose). Your request will be reviewed and a confirmation and report times will be emailed back to you (or you will be called if you have no email access). YOU ARE NOT confirmed until you receive an email (or call) confirmation.

Here are some tips to successful scheduling:

• Have your personal calendar available.
• Review dates and times before requesting.
• Be sure you have reliable transportation.
• Be sure you have child care.
• Understand this is a job!

Jan - March are slower months of the year. Those staff members who worked NYE will get the first option to work during these months.

Repeated cancellations, no shows and late arrivals will result in termination of employment.

 The scheduling form is your list of upcoming events.

It will be your responsibility to check the web site for updates. Daily emails will not be sent out unless we are under a time limit. 

All cancellations must be made on the scheduling cancellation lines so they can be documented.
