EMPLOYEE DRESS CODE

It is imperative that the staff looks professional as well as acts professional.

NES has an official uniform that must be followed. The guidelines are as follows:

Black pants and sometimes shorts. Un-faded, clean and in good condition.

Issued staff shirt. Worn tucked in and visible at all times. Shirts must be returned at the end of your shift. Failure to do so may result in a $35 charge on your next check. This amount will be refunded when shirt is returned.

Hair must be neatly maintained. Anyone wishing to wear a beard or mustache must keep it neatly trimmed.

Hats are to be worn outside only and must be company issued or no logo.

Earrings are to be worn in ears only. Must be of modest length. No facial piercing.

SHORTS CAN ONLY BE WORN AT OUTDOOR VENUES AND THEY MUST BE MID THIGH LENGTH

SHORTS CAN NOT BE WORN AT INDOOR VENUES OR RAIDER GAMES.

Every staff member is required to bring the following items when they come to work:

WATCH - To enable you to be punctual and document times as necessary.

WRITING UTENSIL - Something to write on.

FLASHLIGHT - Some positions require the use of a flash light

Open-toed shoes or sandals are NEVER ALLOWED.

No high heels!

Dresses/skirts are not allowed.

Bare midriffs are not allowed.

ALWAYS wear your staff shirt or ID on the outside of your clothing!!

ALWAYS have enough clothes for working inside and

Outside.

Uniform compliance is mandatory and is strictly enforced.

Those employees not in compliance will not be permitted to work.

JEWELRY, EXPENSIVE WATCHES, SUNGLASSES, CLOTHING

AND JACKETS ARE WORN AND LEFT AT THE CHECK IN AREA AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

BLACK PANTS & BLACK SHOES ARE REQUIRED AT ALL RAIDERS GAMES

Shirts Must be tucked in!
