Our responsibilities may begin with a line control smile, a ticket taking "welcome", an usher "have a great night" and crowd management but they also include knowing the locations of ATM’s, restrooms, concessions, ADA services, public phones and public transportation and any other needs of guests at that event and venue on that day or night.
