Welcome to Dave Matthews in the Park. This event is a Benefit.

 

Today’s event schedule is as follows:                                                    Personal, professional and courteous

Doors:                          12 pm

Z trip:                          12:30pm – 2:30 pm                   

Dave Matthews:            3 pm - 6 pm

 

We will be performing a pat down search. No ice chests, picnic baskets, large bags or the usual cans, bottles, alcohol, weapons, or video. Also no large signs allowed.  Items OK are cameras (no professional) and recording equipment.

 

We will send all lost children to the main tent of Rock Med. It is located at the rear of the Polo Fields inside the Speedway Meadows entrance. There are 2 other rock med tents, one on the North side of the field and one on the South side. Medical tents will be marked by large red balloons.

 

Lost and Found items should be taken to the Main Gate supervisor (speedway meadows) and left there.

 

We will have ATM’s located inside the main entrance (Speedway Meadows) at the back of the field.

 

Alcohol ID stands will be located next to every Beer stand and 2 tents at the back of the field. Everyone must have a wristband to have alcohol.  All drinks will be in cups.

 

All deliveries will enter through 41st and Lincoln and be delivered through the backstage gate only.

 

The box office is located in Linley Meadows, just down from our check in area. It is open from 10 am – 6 pm.

 

There are two “special” areas on the field in front of the stage. Stage right (south) is the VIP area and they will all have a laminate to enter. Stage Left (north) is the preferred seating they must turn in their ticket for a wristband at one of the entrances. Wristbands are BRIGHT ORANGE.

 

The VIP party area is located on the south side of the park just to the side of the south tunnel entrance. (they will be serving beer in plastic bottles)

 

Yellow wristbands will be given to concession workers, vendors, clean up and parking employees. They have NO ACCESS backstage.

 

Everyone will be given a bag lunch today. Your supervisor will bring your lunch to you in your designated area. DO not come to check in to pick up your lunch. There will be an area set up to relax during your break times.

There will be sign up sheets for the next 2 Raider games available at the check in area after the doors open. Please sign up during your break time.

 

The weather will change so be prepared in advance for both warm and cold weather.

 

Remember all shirts MUST be tucked in and only solid black hat or straw sun hats may be worn. (we will have NES hats available at the next Raider game)

 

Those of you with radios needing Police assistance, please run all requests through our dispatch on channel 1.

 

If you get lost or confused there is always someone at check in to help you.
